| To answer your question: I use an Excel spreadsheet of my own. It cost nothing but time. I also have another for quoting fees and it's very accurate as to 'costs' and what my profit (or loss in the case of SD offers) is. Really think that SD should definitely provide the actual signing location like everyone else does. Just city, state is not enough info for a reasoned quote and feels like a deceptive practice. |
