Yes, you should send them the entire line entry (with all other data covered, as stated above). The ID info may be a significant part of what they're looking for. Just be certain that they first provide you with all the data required under law in their written request to you. (I wouldn't offer to help anyone find that information. Being able to provide that is what qualifies them to receive a copy.)
I've had one company ask for a copy of related journal entries in advance. I asked for them to send a written request, separate from the confirmation, with all the required info before I agreed to comply. (I accepted an email that included full company data in the signature line.)
I also have a file where I keep a copy of any written requests for a line item copy, in case there's ever a dispute related to that notarization. So far, no challenges.
