Yes. I was a member here in north Alabama for 2-4 years. I did it when I started my business back in 2006. Because of my lack of experience in the field I thought it would improve my chances of landing business - especially GNW. A few customers told me that it helped them choose me over my competition - which was nice. But after a few years, it mattered less and I got tired of paying them all that money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone starting out today. I don't think the BBB carries the same "weight" it did years ago.
