My suggestion to you is what I would say to anyone trying to enter this industry or any other. Start with a solid business plan.
My guess is if you do one, you will realize since Georgia is an attorney state, there are limited options for loan signings especially in a down market. Also, they require 2 witnesses. Did you plan on providing those?
The signing companies listed on notaryrotary may or may not service your state, so before applying, look at the reviews to see where they are from and only apply to the ones who have business in your state.
You may want to focus on general notary work...I have no idea what that's like in your area, but, setting up a solid business plan and figuring out how and where you will get clients, and a marketing strategy is up to you.
In this industry the only business that is easy and comes to you with little effort are the low pay/no pay signing services.
