| I didn't know how large the package was when I accepted and went ahead and printed thinking they would agree to a fee adjustment. They did not agree and said that was a normal size for a purchase. I have been doing signings for over 20 years and didn't think this was a "normal" size for a purchase. Also when talking with the borrowers to confirm it was very difficult to communicate. I finally turned the signing back but was told it would be on my record that I backed out with just 2 hours before the appointment time. (I had received docs about 3 hours before the appointment time.)This is a good company and they had previously been good about fee increases due to distance or other reasons. |
