Most NSAs use Microsoft Windows. I'll suppose that's what you're using. If you are using a web-based service to create the invoice, and it is displayed in your browser, you can use the method for your browser to print the page. Click the three vertical dots in the upper right, then choose Print.
When you print, instead of specifying a physical printer, choose "Microsoft Print to PDF" (Firefox) or "Save to PDF" (Chrome). In the next step you will be prompted to choose where you want to save the PDF. |
