For some reason, I decided to look up the backers names in Yoli's post and found a link on the coffee site (which Notary Rotary won't let me post here). The thread there is about Sale Signings (working for Silk Title), with lots of complaints about non-payment.
Way down the thread, there's a post listing the same 4 'agents' or backers [JOYCE YI, SANDRA MENJIVAR, Jesse Camarena, and Arielle Devay] at the same Glendale, CA address as in the Notarize Now filing, connected to Sale Signings, but with a different front man. That company has a 3-star rating here and also complaints about non-payment.
So now they're just trying again under a different company name...? We've seen that move too many times before. I wonder how many other shady operations those folks are involved in. Must be a pretty lucrative operation!
