That would explain the repeated names, so your interpretation may well be spot on. I have no idea, but it proves the old saying that 'we don't know what we don't know'.  However, if your detective work is correct (and I have no reason to doubt it), that's pretty useful info for us all to have!
That seems to bring us back to the original question, which I also have no idea about - beyond what we know about how long they've been in business. I hope the Ramsays turn out to be among the good guys and that we end up with one more quality signing service out there, but in the meantime, I think I'll stand by my advice to anyone accepting work from them to proceed with caution. [So far, it also doesn't seem like we have any idea what they're willing to pay.]
