I use Quicken Home and Business. You can create an invoice for every transaction, it assigns an invoice #, puts a 30 day due on it, and tracks it. You can memorize a custom report to track past due items. It memorizes customers info, so it is fast to do, after you set it up, I track my business invoices on one file. When it becomes income, I track it on a different file. I track my personal income, investment data, business income, rental income, and anything to do with money on a second file. You can customize reports to show profit and loss, cash flow, what you spent your money on, what ever you want. Customizable and easy, if you know how. Been using it since about 1984. Every year it would be quicken 1985, Quicken 1986... now classic Business & Personal. learn it |
