Whole moly $20? Doesn't get the car out the driveway

First I got a call to go to a home 15 miles away for 45pp to fix a HELOC from MC. I quoted $125. I didn't expect a call back. Then signing order sends an order for the same order via CLOUD SIGNINGS for $20. Are MC and Cloud connected?
