Agree with both Expeditor and Lee/AR. Whenever I've had a request for my Seal and Bond, I send a copy of my Bond and a copy of my Commission. It's always been sufficient; never a question. Besides ... in California, notary law forbids anything else. From our Handbook:

A NOTARY PUBLIC SHALL NOT USE THE OFFICIAL SEAL OR THE TITLE NOTARY
PUBLIC FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN THE RENDERING OF NOTARIAL
SERVICE. (Government Code section 8207)

I may not just willy-nilly stamp a piece of paper and send it to ANYONE. ;(
