Making a Move as a Notary – Florida or Texas
Posted by Infinity of GA on 5/9/25 2:58am Msg #650613
'I’m looking to change my current situation and hopefully grow my business in the process. I’m considering relocating to either Florida or Texas because working in Georgia—an attorney state—has become too restricted and saturated. Some signing services won’t even let Georgia notaries sign up, and direct work is hard to come by. Overall, it’s been inconsistent and difficult to maintain steady income.

While I can’t afford to live in a major city, I’m searching for areas on the outskirts—close enough to real estate activity to find consistent work, but not too remote. I’m especially interested in areas with strong growth potential.

I’d love to hear from notaries in Texas Florida and Texas (especially San Antonio), or anyone with experience relocating for this type of work. How are you staying busy and profitable? I’m open to all suggestions, advice, and location recommendations. Thanks!
