Phoenix Notary Pro, G/B/U??

Anyone have any experience with Phoenix Notary Pro out of Glendale, AZ? I don't see them in SC. They do have a website.

Received a text from them today offering $75 for a Home Equity Investment on Sunday. Of course, I countered. But, I'd never heard of them.

Their pay terms according to a pop-up: pay on the 15th for signings from 1st - 15th of previous month; pay on the 30th for signings from 16th - 30th of previous month.

Their website shows Irene Rueda as CEO/Founder.
