Notary Suite/Nationwide Signing Services

I've worked with them for a few years now, never had an issue, until now. Three signings done 4/3/25, 4/7/25 and 4/9/25, none have been paid. I've emailed, added a request following up, I called and she said she'd send me a link to accounting. I don't know what's going on, I have 2 more with a different agent one done on 4/21/25 and another on 5/1/25. Normally 30 days and I'm receiving a check. It's frustrating that as a notary, all the work has been done, I'm sure they've been paid and they're holding my funds. Anyone else having the same problems with them?
