The only problem with that statement is that if you weed out a bad notary, two more bad ones will take their place. That is the reality in the Mark Wills (and others) world of get rich quick schemes and notary factories. I'm not trying to be unfair to Mark Wills, as I'm sure that he turns out some good notaries, but it's not by his doing, it's by their own commitment to success. |
