Will the interest rates go up or down? Ditto housing prices, construction material, a dozen eggs...
Usually (since the 70s anyway) the high to low cycle was 10 years. We've had over 20 years of very low mortgage interest rates...gone thru several messes created by that and I sure hope it won't take 20 years to dig out of the mess, but think it could. We're about 3 years in now.
