1. Click on "My Account" at top of this page.

2. Under "Account Overview", click on "Make Changes to My Profile."

3. Scroll down to "Notary Details". This is where you formulate your profile. Now, look to see if the "HIDE MY PROFILE FROM SEARCHES" is checked. If it is, uncheck it.
