your problems. But to both Heather and Caroline, I did a quick bing and google search and neither one of you show up on a search. Not sure if you've used another name or not, but perhaps your advertising and SEO ratings are lacking.

Also, only the top 25 (I think it is) are listed in the premium section and not sure how many are listed in the basic section - you may fall below the list.
