When I buy a box of paper, I put it in the back of my SUV from the shopping cart. When I get home, I don't try to carry the whole box into my house. I'll take out a few reams at a time and just get it inside the house. Then I'll carry it up the stairs to my office the same way....a few reams at a time. Baby steps :-)
