I'd have no problem with Option B, writing in my full name as it appears on my stamp. In fact, I'm required to have my name appear that way on every acknowledgment I sign.

Option A, however, is a hard no. In my state, we're only allowed to use our stamp for actual notarial acts, which that would not be. (I believe that's a good policy.)
