The moral of the story is some of these companies still on the radar screen can offer the lowest fees and receive countless responses to work for peanuts.
People who have been in the business for decades are dialed in with great vendors. Tried and true signing agents get these orders. It will be difficult to earn enough to make it a go, after expenses if your only business is signing services like this one.
I will never pay to get more work from these companies. It doesn't make any sense at all to work for these companies. I have fewer loans these days, but they pay way better than these lowballers. GNW is more prolific than ever because I can depend on this piece of my notary business.
