| I had an order scheduled thru a signing service. The original time was 8 PM. The Loan Officer called me at 6 PM to tell me docs were late and that I may get them as late as 10 PM. He seemed desperate to get this order signed and I am sure he could tell I was less than pleased and he offered me $350 to just stand by and get it closed. I will admit that sweetened my mood. Maybe an hour later I get a call from the lenders office by the manager. Please stand by don't leave us hanging ( which I never said I would) and now offers me $450 to just remain available. I never asked for more money. I did get a confirmation form the signing service for this new fee. Just goes to show you that they can pay a good fee if they want to- this was more than decent . And it's a shame people will accept orders for $75. which has now ruined pricing for all of us. |
