The fire began Wednesday, July 2, 2pm, likely a cigarette or trailer chain dragging, and moved east away from us. The original was only 25 miles from our canyon community. The fire has consumed across more than 70K acres, no structures, no deaths or injuries so far. The fire is currently heading toward LA county due to wind conditions. 166 is closed putting more traffic burden in the 101.
