I'm assuming that this was an auto purchase transaction. I have worked for them for several years. It has always been a difficult task. They want all things digital now. You're to download their app.on your phone. You have to get a OPC when you open the app. Then you select what you're there for.
If it doesn't work, go on their website on your computer. You usually can do all things digital there also, but from a PC, which I find easier than taking picture from the phone and loading them. |
