| Why would you need to add your acknowledgement? First, you as a notary may never determine what type of notarial certificate anyone else needs, per Florida Statutes. Second, if you are trying to be "Florida compliant", you simply add the specific wording to their certificate. How would you do that? You add the words "by physical presence" after their name and that makes it Florida compliant. |
