I agree with Mysti that you can correct the provided cert by adding the missing info and not attaching your own; however, for "neatness" sake, if that's your objective, then attach your own, but I would not sign the non-complaint one nor stamp it, then line through the provided cert and notate it "See FL Compliant (ack or jurat) attached". |
