Why do so many notaries accept closing from Mortgage connect they pay so little for a full refi with scans they are offering $75. I always put in a counter offer of a minium of $90 and I never get it. Actually $100 is standard for a refi with scans. People please stop accepting such low offers if everyone stops they will start paying more
