Never use a mobile scanner. I have Adobe Scan on my phone and for small packages under 50 pages I'll use that to upload from the road if I'm asked for a same day drop and that's the only way.
Otherwise I communicate to the hiring party when scans will be sent. If I have several appointments, it's by the end of the day. I've never had an order taken away because I don't scan from the car.
If it goes back to 4 or 5 orders a day I might reconsider but that's doubtful. |
