I'm very happy to hear that someone found value from accessing resources available here! Frankly, though, the whole reason I re-posted these links is because I don't believe nearly enough people in this field "are thinking deeply about" the issues you listed.  (It might be obvious that I believe they really should be, unless this is just a hobby for them.  )
You've listed a couple of other concepts that don't get mentioned here often enough (if at all) that also should be evaluated by any person trying to make a go at a business - even a fairly simple one like ours. I might add that business strategies should probably include how to react to and cope with the market shifts you mentioned, along with wider issues, like interest rates and the economy at large. Hopefully, people are doing that automatically, without realizing on a conscious level that's what they're doing. For anyone depending on this business for their livelihood, just going with the flow probably isn't a very good strategy!
