| For me, it's a question of what I have scheduled after that signing and how far away it is from the late signing. I make my decision to wait for the docs or cancel based on how it's going to impact any signings that follow the late docs signing. I have not had a huge problem with late docs recently, mainly because I try to take signings from title companies that I know are always on time with docs (preferably the day before or at least 4 hours before the signing appointment). Two hours in advance of the signing is not sufficient when I have an hour-long drive to the appointment location. |
