Many of the pages have been on legal size for years having been conjured by the lender legal teams. However? Deeds of trust' riders and grant deeds, affidavits of death et al are on letter as they are recorded. It costs more per page to record legal size pages. I would love to see legal paper become extinct! It has beocme co expensive, and borrowers don't have legal file folders or file cabinets.

I wonder if this can ever happen.
