Exactly why I detest last minute signings!
I try to avoid last-minute signings. My MO is to require docs no later than evening prior ... whenever possible. This gives me time to print and prep and, if there is any discrepancy, contact title with questions or requests for any required fixes. So far, 2026 has been good to me in this regard.
