I have received a call from a signing service.
They say that the til was not signed. I remember it being signed.
Anyway, I went back to get one signed. The borrowers work off hours. I left the til with the mailing envelope filled out fo them to mail it.
It has not reached the title company and I can't get hold of these people.
The signing agency is saying that there is now going to be trouble because they cannot fund. Have any of you had this problem? I am concerned now. |
