Check the driver¡¦s license but sign as the document states not how the driver licenses read. Note it in your journal when you have them sign and do an AKA. Here is the funny part. NC has said that hey know this is an issue. However DMV does a through job in inspecting the paperwork and they are confidant that they are putting down the correct name. I laugh when she told me that. Honestly we have all been to DMV and I have never heard anyone ever use the words through or detail oriented ƒº
