| My opinion is strictly mine but NO WAY IN HE77 would I call Title to say "hey I THINK I made a mistake, could you check please"? Geez....Title is NOT your best friend, NOT your buddy and do NOT want progress reports from you each and every step of the way. Title probably gets back hundreds of packages daily and they don't have time to listen to you especially when you're not even sure you've made a mistake. IF you made a mistake like the one you suspect they'll be letting you know about it. Contrary to what some think Title does NOT appreciate step by step progress reports unless you're dealing with an especially difficult BO. |
