Same here Cassie, I signed up with NP awhile ago and haven't received any call (maybe my fee quoted too high) and the newsletter is advertising that NP needs more notary in my state.
I can not agree more that even a reputable ss nowaday would take part in low-balling fee in respond to a newbie's need to gain experience. I can understand its all about money (greed), but its just simply unethical consider the risk on a borrower's loan.
I took a job from a reputable ss last month for a single doc (name affidavit) notarization. I was shocked to hear the unhappy borrower says that I'm the 3rd notary there for that simple piece of document. |
