Firegirl, she can lose her notary commission and get a fine from the MIA.

Charm...she is going to be saturated by calls from the state and other notaries here that are doing this the "legal" way. Is that better? I am going to the clerk's office in the morning and find everything in the last 6 months that she has notarized and then contact the title companies and lenders. That will wake her up.
