'im not saying i agree with this but to do this to people for no reason cause you are a mean and bord just seems cruel to me, i am aware of the state requirements but there are other things she can do as a notary that does not require to be lisensed.'
DUH! I just explained to you that it is ILLEGAL...so to me (and other people trying to do this business legally) it is not for "no reason". If a notary admits that they do not have a TPL and someone were to go down to the courthouse and look up mortgages notarized by said unlicensed notary then that would be proof that there was wrong being done. It's not about being mean and cruel it's about people spending the money and time to do things the right way and then having ingnorant people who have no business doing loan signings taking work away from us.
