It has been brought up recently on this forum, but what can you do about it? Can you report them? I think it would be hard to prove....it would probably be easier to go after unlicensed notaries in the area. There are only 3 other LTP's in my county that I am aware of and I know them all. But there are a few other names coming up in my zip code that are just notaries......HMMMM.
What else can you do with a notary commission to earn money, besides $2 acknowledgements? Maybe the unlicensed folks that list their profiles on notary sites other legitimate sources of income besides loan signings. But I don't think so. |
