Speaking of FASS....

I had a like experience with them. First American Title (FAT) will meet my fees, but First American SS will not. Sometimes FASS will say they'll try to get it approved and call back but never do.....then FAT will book it for my quoted fee. Wonder if it has anything to do with which lender is ordering the close.
