"Lack of work = It's time to get..." out of the business. Fortunately, I'm picking up some slacks left by deadbeats. Unfortunately, my business suffer quite a bit of late from part-timers/hobbyists when it comes to fixing error(s) on a previous day signing.
Again, this is a business and businesses have phone they answer or return call in a timely manner. If you can't get to your cell phone for more than 30 minutes then get out. You'll be hurting yourself sooner or later by not getting pay due to unreachable to fix error. I'm not going to sit around just risking my livelihood and wait until end of the day. I'll find someones who can and pay them.
