Wondering if any one does this, I thought of it, but wasn't sure....
Was wondering if anyone made up a letter yourself for the SS, stating what your fee is going to be for the requested signing, and that they agree to pay x amount in x amount of days, and also state that if borrow cancels the SS will pay x amount of dollars, and have them sign this and send back to you before you can accept the siging, making it more legit? Seeing as some of their confirmations don't have their signature showing they agree to paying you the amount requested, as some just state a fee with their information in an email, and that is supposed to be your confirmation. Was thinking that if they signed something that they agreed they would pay you, it would seem more legitmate and they may be more inclined to pay you, seeing as there is so many companies these days that don't.
Just a thought. |
