I did a couple for them in December before looking in here for references ....... DON'T ever do that!!!
I have a date set with Melody AND Debbie before a judge shortly, and the $320 fees she didn't pay has grown to $850 including collection, filing, travel and appearance fees.
I have somebody who will see that it gets attached to their personal homes as a lien once I have judgments, but it's still a big head ache.
I can't wait to see them in court, I have photos, BO, title and broker affi's, emails from Debbie and other significant evidence of course.
To date, nobody has failed to pay me in some way, but it's NOT something I relish doing often.
As stated here often, ALL signing agents should check out EVERY new client name here before getting committed to a signing appointment.
Obviously, I was WAY too busy last December to think much about it (I had a $3000+ month anyway, and LOT'S of presents to buy!!), now you can't KEEP me from doing it!! :o] |
