I did not see his agreement nor was in on the conversation. Based on my conversation with them and quoting a price of 150.00 after seeing the new terms and in discussion with 2 other notaries quoting a price of 125.00 and then them being called back and trying to get them to take 100.00. My educated guess would be that the rate that the loan was done for was equal to or under 100.00.
With all this, it also was interesting to know that they called an out of state notary to come into indiana ( which is illegal because you must be a resident in the state of Indiana to have your commission unlike kentucky) and I do have proof of that. Thank goodness for PM and print button. |
