Okay….Thanks for the first post, it was almost coherent, and touched on some relevant points.
Your second was I guess to be expected? You posted... not to ask, or to learn, but to espouse your opinion, in the hopes of return comments, and you got’um.
One of the major purposes of this and other boards is to be ‘negative’. We relay our ‘negative’ experiences, so that others may learn, and be forewarned.
Since most Title Companies still in business today are worrying about paying the rent, and making payroll, I doubt if any posting “negative” comments about deadbeats, or companies that have just closed their doors have anything to worry about.
Why do you ‘Pollyanna’s’ come here and post some opinion that reflects nothing, and then say you will never be back and post again? Do we care? No!
