There are many unqualified, but licensed "professionals" out there. Look at all the malpractice complaints and suits against doctors, lawyers, plumbers, electricians, etc. (Indian Chief's aren't licensed, and there are very few, if any, complaints filed against them. Smile

)

What is needed, imo, is an accepted form of certification based on a skills assessment learned by practice over time, not just theory and being able to read a book.
