Paul and Others -
To further clarify, there are zero subjective measures that factor into the NRCI. All criteria are objective (though arguably subjectively chosen) and applied to all users in the same way. Further, while there are some things that are beyond an existing member's control (i.e. how long they've been a member of Notary Rotary), there are other ways to compensate. In fact, the total possible score for the model is above 800 (though all scores are capped at 800), meaning there are a number of ways to get there.
I would like to reiterate that having a complete and current profile weighs heavily on the scoring. The model does obviously look at the last date a profile was updated, but also gives consideration to login information. The balance between these elements is something that may be tweaked going forward, as Premier Members who have not clicked the Update button under My Profile recently are effectively being penalized. In your case, it's probably to the tune of several bars.
Finally, based on the feedback I've read, there are a couple more things worth noting:
1) Forum participation is considered, but it has a limit and it is not a huge factor.
2) The notary fee profile is NOT used and there are no plans to employ it.
3) Comments are examined but not currently analyzed. Our initial design called for the analysis and scoring of keywords, but that has not yet been implemented.
