As Monk would say... "Here's the thing". If you are not #1 or #2 in your area based on this system you could be losing business to your competition while Harry is doing his tweaking and fine tuning. Also, because you don't know what it will take to get you to #1 or #2 you could be behind the eight ball forever.
I believe your profile should be enough to tell potential clients what you're all about and let them decide whether or not to hire you. This new system is saying to the customer just pick from the list under "Find A Notary" and trust that my computer algorithm will give you the best SA. Is this what you want?
