What brought that on? All your members ever asked was that stale, inactive listings be deleted to make room for those notaries who want (and deserve) to be listed higher on the list.
If you're concerned about what companies see, wouldn't it have been easier to just have a date inserted next to the person's listing indicating the date the member updates their profile? Companies instantly see current date so person still active or date several months out so hmmm..questionable. And delete those old listings that haven't been touched in two years....I do disagree that old listings with a rating higher than current, active members is ludicrous.
Hope you can iron this out...but I'm really curious where the input comes from for each individual's rating....now and in the future...who has the input to change any one person's "rating"... is this an attempt to soothe the feathers of the current fearsome foursome we've been dealing with?
