Went to get my car tag this morning and while waiting I had a conversation with an elderly lady. While talking she started to cry and then she hit me with a blow to my heart. Her 11 year old grandson has diabetes and was just diagnosed with brain cancer and he's given only one year to live. Her faith is not strong right now because she lost another grandchild to diabetes. I tried to encourage her as much as I could but she was just too tore up I believe to even notice. I gave her my card and told her if there was anything I could do let me know. She thanked me for listening to her problems and asked me to pray for her grandson. I told her I would do one even better I would go to my prayer partners and ask them to pray for her family and her grandson. His name is Brandon Powers. Please let's lift them up as high as we can.
